Where seeing as our team views cooking as an art form rather than a craft, it made perfect sense to establish ourselves in the gallery district of chicago. Our spoons and knives are our brushes, our plates the canvas, and our ingredients are undeniably the paint which define our cuisine. as we are housed in a 19th century printing warehouse, we felt it was only proper to allow the personality and character of the space to shine through unadorned, taking advantage of floor to ceiling windows, exposed beams, and hundred year old brick walls.
